Evrything was perfect Thank you for the birthday Arrangement balloons and the cake it’s a good service Also the breakfast was good all the stuff on the restaurant they are friendly and they waiting us until we finish and the breakfast time already it’s finish The time for the checkout was 3:00 but we set more time and they didint call many time and that things doesn’t bother the guests

very trustworthy staff, i ended up forgetting very valuable jewelry in the safety box and the hotel was kind enough to contact me after i left and kept it safe till i was able to come back and collect my valuable items

The hotel and all staff were outstanding in their customer care. They took care of all our needs, down to the smallest detail. This was truly 5 star service at its finest. Breakfast staff, concierge, butler service, house-keeping - all went above and beyond in attending to our needs.

It was the best stay ever. I booked on my husband's birthday. They decorated the room for me free of charge and offered us the hospitality of fruits, nuts and birthday cake. The cleanliness is special and they care about the smallest details.. the best hotel in Kuwait without a doubt.

Staff was amazing, going the extra mile to accommodate you. Room was wonderful, huge, modern, elegant, it had all you really need. Nice touch to get a little sweet in the evening.
